to homes, parks, schools, churches, businesses, and community venues throughout the region.
If you're unsure whether we serve your location, simply contact us. We're happy to let you know if
delivery is available. Locations outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee.
Is there a minimum order?
Most residential deliveries within our standard service area do not require a minimum order.
For locations outside our standard delivery area, a minimum rental amount or travel fee may apply based
on distance. We'll always discuss any applicable fees before confirming your reservation.

Yes! We offer bundled event packages that provide added value by combining multiple rentals into one
convenient package.

Booking & Reservations
How do I reserve my rental?
Reserving your rental is easy! Simply submit our Reservation Request Form. Once we confirm
availability, we'll send you a Rental Agreement and Invoice. Your reservation is officially secured once
we've received your signed Rental Agreement and required deposit.
Do I need to sign a Rental Agreement?
Yes. A signed Rental Agreement is required for every rental. The agreement outlines the rental terms,
safety guidelines, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and customer responsibilities to help ensure a
safe and successful event for everyone.
How much is the deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and equipment. Because we
reserve inventory specifically for your event, the deposit guarantees your reservation and prevents
double bookings.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before your scheduled event, unless otherwise agreed
upon. Reservations made within seven days of the event may require full payment at the time of booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we currently accept:
● Zelle (Preferred – No processing fee)
● Credit and Debit Cards (A 3% processing fee applies)
Payment instructions will be included with your invoice.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in transparent pricing and will clearly communicate all applicable charges before your
reservation is confirmed.
Depending on your event, additional fees may apply for:
● Delivery outside our standard service area
● Generator rentals
● Event attendants
● Additional rental time
● Large-scale event setup
● Special venue requirements
